I've just tried the hand mask and it is absolutely fabulous and really want to get some for my mum and mother in law and if the offer finishes today then I better get down to the retail park!!
I thought the offers usually changed on Wednesdays; the online ones certainly do so you should have at least till next Tuesday.0 -
Does anyone know if the glitter babes party kit £1 is still on bogof?Best Threads -

Sophy wrote:Noticed a new Boots 17 cosmetics promotion in town today, in association with FrostFrench, free with a £5 spend - can't see it online yet, but it was a pretty box the same size as last autumn's No 7 GWP box, and comprised two (I think they were new colours/ltd edition) nail polishes, and a few other manicure bits. Didn't have time to get one today, so no idea if it'll have the usual money off voucher inside as well, but seemed quite a nice offer anyway.
*edit* Found it online - http://www.boots.com/shop/product_details.jsp?productid=1069014
Therefore, if you were to spend £5.00 on Boots 17 you could have the free box as mentioned above and £1.00 off.
Hope this helps someone :beer:I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

I went to my Boots where all the BOGOF signs were gone, i was distraught, but thought i'd put it to the test - and YES they were still going through at BOGOF, plus noticed more stock as i guess items now advertised as full price.
(i.e lots of hand sets)
Tried 3 different tills, only got into problems when i wanted to pay with points and was told i couldn't have BOGOF and £5 off - is this the case when paying with points?

Re. £3 haircare voucher - LilacLillie, you were lucky it let you get away with a miniature. I tried and the SA was perfectly happy to scan the voucher, but it didn't work. Never mind - wanted it anyway for my hols.
The AC machine is a bit disappointing at the moment. 350 points on £40 spend. V. rare that I spend that amount. However, I did get a 150 points on Everyday Indulgences range - haven't had one since before Christmas. The stuff was all reduced - handwash at £1.66, so that was a good deal. A couple of hours later at smaller local Boots, EI was full price. Don't understand what's going on there!
Have found quite a lot of sun protection reduced at the moment. A friend told me it's because it's old stock and therefore might not be as efficient as it should be, so you should get a higher spf than you usually would. Does anyone know if that's correct? Bought some anyway as I'm off to India tomorrow and Johnson's factor 30 seemed a bargain at just over £3.
No Time Delay under £8 in either of the Swindon stores I visited and DR is not bogof either, so guess the vouchers will remain unused unless the airport Boots has stock!0 -

You can't use the voucher with points, but the bogof should have been fine (at least as I understand the till system).
I bought reduced Danielle Ryman on bogof with the voucher at the start of the promotion and tried to do it with points, but the price went back up by the £5 of the voucher, so I quickly changed to money. The store was fine about my taking up three concurrent price reductions - but we are now one of the areas where all the bogof signs have come down.Do I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -
Joto wrote:DR is still on BOGOF and in Llandudno store they are all reduced to 1/2 price. I managed to use 7 coupons and spent £7.50 over 14 items!!! Also got 2 Aromatherapy body oil spays @ £1.24 so cost 24p and a body spray for free (although I thought this was a room freshener spray). Hello to the other Moneysaver who I met in the store today, who are you? Sorry I forgot to ask your name. Really surprised to get away with so many items,I went in thinking I would use a couple and save the rest until next week but all the SA were really pleasant, although I didn't use the main desks.
Hey! I'm at Bangor uni. I've been in Bangor Boots three times since the Td promotion started and there have been no TD under £5.50. Have you been to Bangor Boots? It's the only one I can get tox

Brent Cross Boots today had loads of leaflets all over the store. There is a lot of reduced stuff at the back. TD shelves a little sparse but some wipes, toner and exfoliating wash left. Also loads of the Glitter Babes Party Packs, shelf label says £4, scan at £1, but buy one get one free. Nice SA's too0

I used to work for Boots and as far as I know as long as the sun cream is not opened it stays effective. I was told that once it was opened the protection factors begin to break down although it could still be used as moisturiser for the following summer with no problems. Each product usually has a picture of an opened jar or suchlike and a date next to it eg 12m which indicates how long an item lasts once it is opened. Hope this helps a bit although I know it's not a definitive reply!0 -

Lot of reduced sun creams in our store. Noticed the No. 7 glittering after-sun was down to 90p.If I had known then what I know now . . .
