right, i finally managed to get through to Brian at emplyment services who read a statement out that they had been given, im paraphrasing but the basics are
no1 who is waiting to get posted will hear anything before LATE OCTOBER, the ones who have a start date already are fine to start, and thats all he could tell me really, other than it is to monitor staff levels to see where/if ppl are still needed, im devastated, have had a rotten weekend, and now a s**t monday, sorry to bring bad news for ya0 -

It's a joke. This is the Government! This could be 6 or even more months of people's lives then at the end they could turn round and say thanks but no thanks and everyone's back to square one.
Being made to wait month after month is bad enough for people with debts and families to support.0 -
