When did they inform you it was a permanent contract - was this when you started working for DWP?

Afaik, sweetikklemunchkin got the "interview success" letter back towards the end of August right? Well I had mine since the end of July and I haven't been told anything new. I'm pretty much giving up now as I know someone who's applied for the position I applied for and has started already back in August.

Not a thing on the AO one. I know for definite my references havent been sent for - I have asked for ex-employer and my personal ref, and they both havent heard anything. As for the EO in West Yorkshire - presume I have to wait for another CRB check and yet more references !

Sweetikklemunchkin received her success letter at the beginning of August, so you both got them around the same time. I do not know whether anyone has actually started yet under the IRC No. we both had success letters for.

    Its all so frustrating:confused:

  • I'm on the waiting list now, as well. Received a success letter this morning for AO position in Chester, reference 62230. Glancing over this thread, it looks like I'm in for a really, really long wait :(

It's good news regarding being successful, but such a sour, sour note with the mention of waiting list.
  • hi everyone, just had to pop to shops to buy tea bags, ran there and back so fast i think i could qualify for the 2012 olympics. so scared of missing the call lol
