Haha...that could be a loooooong waaaaay off!!! Anyway...i may come back to this thread once i start and be like a DWP Oracle...leading all the newbies smoothly along to their new jobs by answering any burning questions they need answering. I shall take them under my knowledgeable wings, nurture them and help them fly!!!!!! Or something like that :rolleyes: If i'm not too tired and depressed after signing on my 100th alcoholic of the day! :rotfl:

Don't they put a full stop at the endo f their e-mail address? I'm sure I had a problem with e-mailing them before as I just copied the address for their e-mails. Went through when I took the last dot off !!! worth a go I suppose:rotfl:

Apparently their mailbox is full! Not surprising!

yeah i have heard they dont check them very often, when i worked alongside DWP last year we were told never to email them as it wud take them months to find it :eek:
