I need help i havent recieved booking letter as moved house and form hasnt turned up, i have sent emails and phoned two numbers to get on touch but no use not got any help. i need a code but dont know how to get one?

any help?

been told the people at my old address prob used code

what can i do?

I think the booking with Butlins is a bit of a con really. They should state on the forms maximum 4 people at Butlins as sounds like lots of people wasted their time on this, including me. We are a party of 4 but I entered 5 people in the hope of getting a 3 bed apartment. We had a 3 bed silver before (via sun hols) and there was sooo much more room!

Also did anyone manage to get FREE ENERTAINMENT at Butlins anywhere? The only way I could get any Butlins date was by not claiming my free ents code :mad:

I couldnt get any school hol dates either.

Its all been a little disapppointing this time really....

Cant grumble really though as 4 nights for Butlins in June £130 isnt bad :j .

Hopefully the silver upgrade wont cost too much as not sure I can face standard again :eek: .

book one at your new address using the tokens / postal method
and then hopefully next time you will get a priority form

i can't believe it just been on ebay to have a look and someone has paid £30 for a reference booking code, people are also trying to sell the code words on there own

I emailed the sun customer services on 31/12 as i didn't get one and they replied as below:

Dear Reader
Thank you for your email regarding The Sun Holidays.
The priority forms are generated at random by our central database computer and we have no control over this. Although you have received the form in the past, your details have not been selected by the computer this year. We cannot manually despatch duplicate priority book forms.
If you have moved address, your details will NOT appear on our database until you have applied for a Sun Holiday, we can not manually add you to our database. You will have to apply using the application form in the paper.
Priority forms are prepared and sent by us in good time, however once they are in the postal system, delivery is beyond our control.
Please accept our apologies for any disappointment caused.

Not helpful this time but hopefully get one next time if I book via paper this time.

PARKLIFE, is that the Sun Bonus Free Entertainment Pass? i didn't get to use it, too late.

I've booked Butlins bognor regis half board + other extras (linen, ent passes, service charge ...) getting a bit worried now as booking direct at butlins it's £252 for 3 of us. fingers crossed it's not more than that as i will be kicking my backside for not checking first. :mad:

252 is cheap for booking direct. My parents have booked a 3-day break half board and they will be paying a total of £187 altogether for the 3 of them. Mum says to book direct is £305 for that date, so she's made a saving.

You should still be paying less than the 252 with the sun though even if your break is 4 days?

its a lot i know

and sad that some people have to succumb to buying off ebay .supply and demand i guess!

BUT if by booking with the sun you save £200+ ,then the £30 has been worth it ?

if you get a school holiday slot it still works out mega cheap have you seen what butlins are charging during the holidays!! i gonna look on ebay for 1
