If you're still having trouble - have you got another connected PC in the house or neighbour or why close by. Could ask them to enter details for you... and see if any diff. Enter codes as per previous - do not use both LINE and BAND - use ABLE instead of either one and your ref number. Then at next page enter size of party (4 minimum) but leave the second prompt for ref number and 'more' code blank. Then, proceed to enter park/dates.

ive read about someone else with this problem, apparently theres nothing you can do apart from maybe get in touch with the people who now live in your old house? when you have been on your next hol, hopefully you will get a booking form sent to your new address. hope that helps!

Can you try clearing your cookies then go through putting the code words in again but use different ones. I had a problem where it kept asking for the key word but when I changed the bonus codes around it went through. I used these codes STEP,BAND, PAGE, TOWN, MAIN, LOCK, ROPE, SOFT
