Too many to name - mewbie for making me laugh out loud lots, ndg for her marvellors habit of thanking ;), Generali for his knowledge, Pobby for his ability to be what I'd like to be when older, PN for always entertaining posts, fc123 for inspiring posts as a successful woman in business, !!!!!! for persistent bearishness, dopester likewise, Brit for not missing any gloomy stories, in technicolour.

Ans ISTL for providing much needed, but polite, balance and ensuring threads don't just end up with everyone agreeing with each other....

And lots of others - if you're not named, it doesn't mean I don't like you, just I've temporarily forgotten your name. :)

Georgeous George gets my vote because he is good with figures and always offers people good advice. I spend more time on the mortgages board than this one and find a lot of his posts on there very helpful. Also, he has a good sense of humour

I respect most of the Mortgage Adviser's and IFA's who give up there time to offer their opinions to specific questions.

Oh and there is a bloke called Martin who posts sometimes, he's not bad! :money:

Not forgetting Sue who keeps us up to date with her trials and tribulations.

Can someone respect me before 2008 closes? I've come to depend on the kindness of strangers whinging.gif

Edit: just checked my thanks to post ratio and it's a respectatious 2.3:1. Actions speaking louder than words.

fatpig gets my vote. His indepth knowledge of economics and the property market, his tenacity and his witty banter are without compare on this board. I understand that he is very handsome too.

Just post something not too off the wall, that doesn't have a go at immigrants. Should move you up to third place (from nine hundred and ninety seventh) without too much trouble.
  • Noticed that I got lots more thank yous before I got all political.

(And that's despite an overwhelming "Toryness" to this board, according to that poll)
