    Diversity of opinion makes this board interesting: it's boring if everyone agrees because then there's nobody to argue with!

    Also, different users seem to be trying to get different things out of posting here.

    I guess that`s because we are coming from different angles. I am probally one of the oldest regulars here. Probally one of the most gob smacked as well. After the last recession when I knew many that lost their homes, and as I understood it, for the first time ever, I honestly believed that this would never happen again. The whole hpi has been alarming to me. I have no idea what it`s based on other than some strange voodoo of finance and lo and behold, the whole ponzi system seems to be falling apart.

    Oh well, what do I know?

    My fav poster is DD, I like the way he arrives in his different incarnations stokes and up the fires and nobody notices that it is him, brilliant :D Also Chucky for his neverending battle with the Bears and Newbie of course who does attempt the odd joke. Then again PN, NDG and Gen. Finally Oh Carol and Dopester and !!!!!!.
    But my hat is doffed to Dithering Dad a master of prose. :T

    What on earth am i doing still awake at 0240 in the morning, i think i'll be the 1 falling out the wrong side of the bed in 4hrs when i get up for work:rotfl:
