    Resolutions:
    to use the wiifit at least four times a week; :j <===== me
    to lose (at least) a stone by 1st April,
    to eat more healthily (shouldn't be hard..:o ),
    meal plan:rotfl: (you don't want to know why I'm laughing)
    to get paperwork under control and keep.on.top.of.it....:A

    VG we keep allsorts lol 2 geckos, cat, worms, caterpillar chrysalis(s), tropical fish - with apple snails in to keep down algae and a royal python in next few weeks lol - gonna start charging jakes mates to come see em all lmao
    My only resolutions are
    be more organised
    look after myself properly - inc the weight loss which I really need to do something about hence the 5stone goal ;)

    Yup VG that was me that said about DIY Slimming World, I have all the books as my DD went to the classes and bought an extra set for me. I find it's one that really works for me. I tend to nearly always do green days though as quorn is pretty nice and cheaper than meat and you can eat so much more on green days I find.

    We should team up, not weighed in yet but I probably need to lose the same as you said you wanted to lose, my goal is September though as that is when we will aim to use our Tesco vouchers for a beach holiday (if I dont win one first lol)
    That ain't working! That's the way to do it, money for nothing and TV's for free ;)
