morning all

dh made me poached egg on toasted muffins for brekkie and it was very yummy.

going to see my mum & dad today.

hope there are not too many people with hangovers.

I was watching the diet chat going on & I'd already decided that I am aiming to lose 5 stone by Christmas. Like Nicky (?) I'll be back on a DIY Slimming World as I can lose weight, never be hungry & it really is quite simple once you have your head around red/green days & free food Also have quite a few old SW mags which have some tasty/easy recipes which we like so at least BF can keep his cooking skills up

Not starting it until the goodies are gone, although this year if the goodies aren't gone by 10th Jan then they go in the bin or out to the birds & we start! *brushes her hands together as if cleaning dust from them to show she means it!!*

Yea but you're a serious runner and do miles and miles every day! Ha ha! I'm doing the Lincoln 10k - http://www.lincoln.gov.uk/Info_page_two_pic_2_det.asp?art_id=12158&sec_id=3772. It'll be my third year... 1 hour 12 mins then 1 hour 7 mins, now want to do it in 1 hour.

im not serious! i used to be on my schools cross country team and ran for county u18's for a couple of years,
i run for fun, it de stresses me and keeps me trim xxx
though paul thinks im crazy running, my phil mitchell lookalikey laughs hysterically when i ask him to come with me xxx

:hello: Everyone,

I had a nice Evening with my parents last night,Dad set up a film show and we watched The Golden Compass,Can recommend this film as it was really good with lots of action.
I went to bed for an hour and woke at 11.45pm because Mum called me and I got up.I didnt miss Will Young who sang Daniel with Elton John.He was brilliant as always

Having a nice lunch soon and then I am off back to my flat.
