  • HSbubbles.gifHello everyone!!!! me and my fella are battered and bruised from all the kicking last nighht!!!! lol!!!!! but i think i have had a renewed LBM and my fella has had the LBM i have been willing him to have for weeks!!!!!!! It only took worrying about the bills not being paid today and nearly hitting the overdraft limit!!!!

His wallet and bank card are nicely sat on the kitchen window sill and i am sat glued to the online banking to make sure everything gets paid!!!!!!!!

My clothes dummies arrived today (they look really funny with no clothes on!!!) and have already tried putting clothes on them and the clothes look heaps better!!!!! gonna photo loads of stuff today and start listing again, hoping things will sell and for a little bit more now......fingers crossed.

Have reached a tenner on one of the daily scratchcards!!!!!!cheerleader3.gifwill wait till over the tenner tomorrow and then withdraw it out!!! was gonna pay it off the next card but not sure now as need all the money we can get to get off the overdraft limit.........

goodscales.gif Am still 11st 2oz so not put any on but not lost any either!!! gonna get my swiss ball out i think and start doing that on a night, tone up and hopefully lose a few pounds. Was going to start doing lots of walking but as its snowed loads here thats kinda put that plan on hold!!!! i dont mind skidding everywhere but no good when i have the pram.......

All the stress has brought me out in spots!!!!!!!!!!! not good.......... will get back on track soon, fingers crossed.

  • Well we can both be stuck to the online banking all day together!! Lol. Good about the scratchcard, i reached target the other day and requested it and it only took about two days to get into my account, so not long.
Pitty you cant go out walking, we have had some snow and we all walked to school, which was interesting :p all slipping over the place!

Never mind about the doors, they will pay for themself over time with the lower gas bills  also if they helped to get oh to have his LBM then thats good......

Glad you had a good night out.

  • I wouldn't feel guilty about the doors! It's something you need. This winter had made us realise our wooden windows & doors won't last another winter. Plus we have an old Baxi boiler & council-type fire - which won't either! So there's about £4,000 I'll be spending & not saving this year. But it has to be done!

I fell off the wagon last week. Spent a bit too much & we're about £80 short of this month's bills now. Had another LBM at the weekend, so fully back on track today. At least you've realised & are trying hard now.

Well done on tenner, I have got a little over the tenner but am leaving it in there until it gets to twenty now as its nice to see when I log in! I am too scared today to log onto my online banking so you are doing better than me!!

  • Well have had a fun afternoon of dressing, photographing and undressing my dummies........called it barbie as no one else has boobs like it!!!! The clothes look heaps better although i have pegged a few at the back to show the shape of the top. Just need to spend time listing them. Think i read on here somewhere about a website that lets you draft the listing so you can activate it when ever you want instead of paying the 6p for the scheduled listing........may have to find that.

Well, managed not to hit the overdraft limit today and according to my dd dates i shouldnt have anymore coming out (apart from food shopping) untill around the 12th but my fella will of got paid as will i! Its gonna be tight but do able. Will get more money next month which will help loads, just have to keep in my head that i am still only getting £500 or so.

Have changed my sig so that i can see where i was and where i am now.......have included the overdraft limit now as need to start thinking of that as debt, if i see it all the time it will sink in........

Ooh the egg card should be here next week!!!!! that will help as all money paid will actually go off the debt, i dont have to wait for the interest to be added!!!!! Least that will save me a couple hundred quid over the term of the 0%!!!

  • Good morning (just) everyone.

Still checking my bank several times as hate being so close to the limit.............we used to be like this when we were both getting a full wage, think our problem is spending littl ehere and there, it soon adds up!!! looking at the statement, we have had a few take aways, bought stuff off ebay (my clothes dummies, safety gear for ds1 and the quad, my bread slicer....) and coz its cheap have not even thought about the total. It would of been worse but i had made £25 through one batch of clothes...... According to my balance i have £160 left till fri, have challenged myself not to touch it.

So i listed 7 items last night and going to list some more tonight and wed. Really need to start shifting the stuff as ds2 has nearly outgrown the crib and needs to go in his cot (its currently used as storage for my ebay stuff, yes i have that much)

My fella is still being good, wallet and card still sat on the window sil.........i have joined the feb NSD challenge in the hope of reining in my little spends which add up. Am fighting the urge of walking to asda and getting a few bits as could prob wait till fri night when i do the shopping. Will be easier next month as will be working 3 days a week so less time for me to think about going to the shops.

Sorted my purse out yesterday that i took out with me on sat and i came home with £14!!!! (sounds good till i tell you i went out with just under £40) so have split it and kept £7 in my new purse and put the other £7 in my sealed pot!!! Its getting quite heavy now and i am dying to count it, but i wont as know i will then be tempted to spend it!!!!!

Well, my childcare bill for this month is £50 cheaper and have got no council tax to pay, will see what the bank looks like but may have £110 extra to throw at my debts (have taken off the price for getting my hair done) plus what ever i make on the scratchcards, daily clicks and ebay!!!!!

    well enough rambling from me,

    Warning NSD is addictive!!

Your right the little spends here and there all add up and definately NSD challenge helps you to think if you really, really need to buy it.

  • Hey pipsmum, you are right about the nsd's being addictive!!!! Before joining i wouldnt have thought twice about going to the shop and buying the few bits i think i need but now i really dont want too. I was only going to buy some rusks for ds2 and some blueberrries for us all (got ds1 to try them the other day by closing his eyes so he couldnt see what it was, if he doesnt like the look of something he thinks he doesnt like it) as ds1 keeps asking for some as ds2 loves them pureed with some apple!

bought some jars of baby food for ds2 as had some money off vouchers but he doesnt seem to like them......just gags on it. I have even tried watering it down slightly but no joy. Suppose its good in a way as will save me a fortune but am running out of things to puree for him. Tried him with some of the mince we had for tea last night pureed but again just gagged on it. Maybe its meat..... he's fine with fruit and veg??????

Need to stop clicking onto ebay every 5 mins to see if any of my items have got bids or watchers!!!!!! Have registered with Auctivia (?) so will go and have a play and see if i can list a few things but schedule them to start tonight.

Ooh, have also been really good with watching what im eating and only snacking on fruit, nuts and seeds! not got to the exercise bit yet.............................
