Well not a brilliant start to fly ladying. Poor old cat is very ill (kidney failure) so has had to have lots of love in her last few days with us. Kids are taking it reasonably well (2 girls, both autistic, 1st severely so). Have explained to them whats happening and that we have been graced with extra time to say goodbye to her.

Have spent most of day in bed as have very sore joints, but have managed to do shopping. Well hopefully get more done tomorrow. :o

I've finally cleared my ISP email account :j:j:j I've deleted a total of 37,956 emails from it today! So that's a total of about 60,000 emails deleted this month

Now to go onto the snowball calculator website and see if I can figure out where to plough the little spare money I have left each month.... :o

Yay - all the ironing that was on the chair downstairs is done :j :D I have ironed about 35 things in the last 3 days. I'm beginning to realise that the reason I always have an ironing pile is cos not everything fits in the wardrobe / drawers :o

Anyway, will catch up with the thread now and post an updated list .......

Sounds like you either need to declutter or acquire some more storage. On the bright side, if you manage to sort out the storage, you should be able to save money by wearing the clothes you've got rather than buying any more ;)

My plan is to lose weight so I can fit into everything... I have so many clothes, but either can't fit into them or can't find them...
  • pigpen congratulations on the safe arival of baby cousin Luis - what a wee tot he is - hope him and his mummy are doing fine. Well done with the insurance cheque - thats a really strange one but grab it, bank it, spend it and enjoy!
SSSupergirl I would be squirting it out the window every now and then to help it run out quicker!!!
MUdbath glad you have learnt your lesson ... for a wee while anyway .... you must rest honey!
Well done all of you for being industrious - I had a frustrating afternoon but got sorted in the end and have done some ironing but think I will have to stay up all night to have any chance of finishing it!!! And I need to go to asda's - was thinking I might go tonight instead of tomorrow when it is likely to be hoaching!!!
    toots xx

Toots - get yourself a few of those DVDs you've always promised yourself you'll watch and plough through the ironing while watching them. But don't overdo things. You know you have limitations (it's not as if you're just being lazy), so follow the advice you're giving Mudbath. Remember what happened when you did your bedroom carpet...
  • hellsbells - take it easy - you can only do what you are fit to do so dont feel bad! tomorrow or next week will be better!!!!
