Ok I think that I'm done for the day:
Monday Mayhem..
Level One
If you have a special meal New Years Day make sure you have everything you need! - going to the SIL so nothing to do here
S&S kitchen - just done after cleaning up after dinner, nice and shiny!
Level Two
S&S bathroom & loo - OH bathed the dog today so this definitely needed doing. We even have blue water now...
Clean the oven and hob now you've eaten your feast! It shouldn't take long! - just done
Clean the fridge to make sure none of the christmas goodies are going to waste.. find a recipe if you think they might! - I emptied the fridge yesterday
Level Three
Change any bedding you need to get washed - changed so nice and clean (was going to wait until Wednesday so nice and fresh for the New Year but it's been on for about 10 days now and overdue for changing)
HHI .. We will not have any left for New Year! - all done, this has cleared out my basket, apart from the unpaired socks which will be thrown on Wednesday if I can't find a mate by then!
Catch up on some laundry .. two loads today: Bella's nappies and a dark wash. Will do bedding tomorrow as didn't have the space to dry today
Extras- HHC in your bedroom.. most look like a war zone! - I did this on Sunday so spent the time cooking some chocolate brownies instead
- Dust round the whole downstairs - again done on Sunday
- do a crazy HHC decluttering downstairs Sunday!
- Make sure you spend at least half an hour doing something for yourself! - I did, I spent 30 mins knitting a little smock cardi for my DD
Level One
Clean 5 windows! inc sills. - my OH did this this morning
Sweep and mop the kitchen floor!
Level Two
Wash a duvet cover or 3 that need doing! - yes, already booked in
Clear out a cupboard.. the one you ALWAYS put off doing!
Fill a binbag to go to charity shop - excellent I did this today whilst sorting out my OH's clothes
Level Three
Vacuum up the stairs.. and the landing and at least 1 bedroom!
Wipe all the paintwork down in one room
Scrub the bath/shower.. and the sinks.. and the tiles! - did today after the dog's bath
Extras- Descale the kettle and iron
- Clean out the microwave
- Clean out the TD filter and the WM filters and drawers.. and the DW filter
- Clean the crumbs out of the toaster before it bursts into flames! - did this on Sunday

hello and welcome to Le Foot and mothershipton! We are delighted that you want to join us!
I have just added my previous welcome message here to help you get started!!!
Make sure you read the first post carefully as it contains all the info and abbreviations that we use!
A new list is added to the 1st post every evening by pigpen our illustrious leader and by the weekend you will have been round the whole house.
Dont get stressed with the mess just try to do the list to whatever level you can manage depending on your home circumstances - work, children, OH's!!!!
Even if you only manage level 1 everyday when you come back to that room next week you will find it is easier and as time goes on it becomes more manageable and you will see huge differences - I know it sounds impossible but I can vouch for the fact it works!!!
Remember your home didnt get in a mess overnight so dont expect it to get tidy in a day!! Dont try to do the whole house at once - you will tire yourself out and sicken yourself - we have all tried it!! BABYSTEPS - little and often and you will be amazed at the improvement.
POst what you have done and forget about what you missed - there is no such thing as failure on here!!!
The support, encouragement and friendship on here is simply THE BEST! ask any questions and we will give you our tuppence worth - sometimes sensible sometimes totally insane! We dont bite - well most of us dont - watch out for the full moon:rotfl: and have fun!!
welcome to the totally bonkers mad house!!!!

Just come home from a very successful and eerie Mr T trip - I walked around half the store before I came accross another customer - it was weird, and I kept feeling that I shouldn't be there! Still as a result, they had absolutely loads of bread reduced to 4p, so got 2x danish white loaves (4p each) and 2x Hovis Granary loaves (16p each). Also got a large pot of double cream reduced to 22p from £2 something!
We plan to make bread and butter pudding with the white loaves, so off to see if it has cream in it, and if it doesn't we'll have cream, cheddar and spinach in pasta for dinner.
