Well done toots0

Can't wait til Mon and get back into some sort of routine - I love my DH dearly but he's been off and snotty/drippy since he broke up on Dec 23 and as a result, not only has he done a fat lot of nought but I've fallen behind with my stuff - can't wait to get the house back to myselfI'd rather be watching CSI!0

Mooorning, well it is still just!
I set the alarm for 7 so that I could get up early and get on then I turned it off drank the cup of tea that OH brought me and went back to sleep until 1015  . So far have only managed to have breakfast and slob out here.
Todays plan is- shower & dress
- freezer inventory
- meal plan trying some recipes from my new JO book
- dd's room (its going to be a battle as she likes it messy  )
- start sorting work/school stuff for Mon/Tues
sending feeding vibes to pigpens cousin, and hope all those who were feeling rough are improving. well done toots.

KazMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

(although I do love doing it, so I would be a bit gutted at the same time, IYKWIM...:o )
I do all the painting here as well....
but i like it that way:o

Who's sig was that Rainbow quote in originally, I know it was someone on here?
Oh dear. It must be, as I have been mostly reading here and I did see it recently. I just don’t remember where. Not good is it. Do I need to retrace my steps and seek permission first? Should I look for another great quote to use? What is the sig etiquette? The work will wait for you to finish showing the LOs the rainbow, but the rainbow would not wait for you to finish the work.0 -

***grrrrr***
It's saturday so the kids SHOULD be at their dad's BUT DD has a tummy upset (woke up during the night) cos I can't spell diarrohoea (I don't think) so SHE hasn't gone and DS was up at 8:30 for 9 am footy training so HE has decided not to go...so my plan to tidy up and have peace and quiet has been thwarted.
I can still, obviously, tidy up and I shall ***stamps foot*** so there.
So 3 loads of washing pegged out and drying load 4 in WM, took DS footy training, did Friday errand (couldn't do yesterday cos was at work) came home, bathed and collected DS fom footy training.
Have stripped my bed and am about to remake it with lovely clean sheets.
Hugs to Lil_me - you seem to be struggling there hun...

Update on progress today...
Bathroom
[strike]Clean plugholes
Descale taps
[/strike]Hoover
Wash floor
Bedroom
[strike]Strip bed[/strike], [strike]vacuum & turn mattress[/strike]
Dust including pictures & lampshades
[strike]Put away clean laundry[/strike]
Clean window, frame & sill
Wipe skirting, [strike]doors, doorframe,[/strike] [strike]light switch[/strike] & bulbs
[strike]Clean radiator
Hoover
[/strike]Wash floor
Remake bed with nice new mattress topper
[strike]Wash[/strike] & dry old mattress topper
Fridge cleaned (smell was still there this morning, but I think that quick wipe has resolved it); roasting pans/grill pans washed; landing runner on washing line getting cold (it really needs a good blow as its very dusty, but I'll just have to hoover it). Need to find the back door keys so I can get to the line without going out into the drive and round the utility room to get there!
Flower - the spiders better be packing their bags and leaving... that's the point of keeping the place clean and tidy. I'm seriously phobic
I want to know whether OJ is real, or whether he's a conspiracy to fool us all into thinking that there are some housetrained men out there somewhere
Toots - congratulations... and you've got an incentive to sort things out now (I expect supergirl will be bringing those white gloves with her), so you'd best start planning! You might have to recruit a few of your local flyladies to help you with any heavy work though...

TBH Ragz and Irie that's a lovely phrase and in the same vein as mine ... both 'seize the day' type phrases if you see what I mean...might have been Sexymouse, Lil_me, Dustykitten or Froddington...the thread is far to big to go through post by post...they might spot their names as I have bolded them and confirm/deny.
Hurrah! One down... DS is going out...Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Know the feeling, mine are driving me mad, every time I clear up, they make a mess again!!!! Plus they're still in bed so I can't do upstairs...
Have done all downstairs this morning, cleared up the chocolate wrappers, tissues, odd bits of clothing, cups, plates and general stuff that they left in there last night while watching a film... Words will be had today I think... Was going to leave it, but it was really annoying me and I couldn't do anything if I did, so I have just put it all in a pile...
Decs down in the front room - only christmas cards and some christmas lights in the window, so that was easy - not that we're bah humbug, but we were away so didn't bother this year (first time EVER)
Right, off for a bath now, then out to get dog food from the farm shop before they shut then on with my list... (which has now been added to...):
Saturday:
Go get Dog Food from Farm Shop
Take up new curtains in Kitchen
Finish last bit of payment plan
Sort out Car Insurance
Sort out Pet Insurance
Do a 'stocktake' of what food we have in and write a shopping list from that
Meal Plan with above
Put away all clean washing
Enter all invoices for StageHouse
Enter all invoices for my business
File all my paperwork away (private and business)
Start loading all DVD's/Videos ready onto EBay for when they have a 1p day again and pack them away in a box once done so they're not sitting in piles at the bottom of my bed...
Sunday:
Finish off anything not done from Saturday
Go out for the day somewhere nice
Monday:
Finish off EVERYTHING not done at weekend
