How was the JC anyone? But PLEASE don't tell me the plot! I was thinking about how it must be about 10 years since the original series when Alan Davies was quite young. Has he morphed back to himself then or has he grown up gracefully in the Christmas Special?/
JC was very good. Always a bit worrying when you watch something you enjoyed some years ago, but this was not a disappointment - just as good as ever.

Which reminds me I still haven't done my assignment due on the 8th... :o:o

And whilst we were watching it we took the christmas decorations off the tree and packed them away so one thing off my list already :)

I loved JC too and have always had a soft spot for him - an ex of mine had hair just like his.

Off to bed now see you tomorrow fellow flyers x

Most of the books have been squeezed in... some of the old ones (inherited from my godmother, and read once then ignored) will go back to my parents with the bookshelf.

soappie - I have bookshelves in the loo - all the way up the wall above the cistern! I think I might have to put a shelf in the utility room for maps & walking books, and some of my spare cookbooks. The problem is, you never know when they might come in useful! I do find that some of the trashy stuff I can get rid of after a couple of years... when I look at it and really don't want to read it ... but I've had some major clearouts over the past couple of years, so I only really have proper books (that I'll feel guilty about chucking) to get rid of.

Kettle is on for hot water bottles. MUST remember that I have to go into the office tomorrow and get out of bed when the alarm goes! Will just try to find my updated list to repost (so you can see the progress ;) )

    4. Being at Wembley to see Pompey win the FA Cup

    Remember most from this thread

That there are many wonderful, caring, friendly, thoughtful, funny people in this world who will put themselves out to help, support, comfort, cheer and laugh with (and at!!) me and everyone else on the thread :A

    Remarkable thing that changed me

Breaking my arm - it has made me see things differently, better understand the difficulties some people face everyday, realise that some people really do care, and much more ...................
