I might be being silly but I dont know how to book a cheap hilton room at the half price as nothing seems to come up as avilable is this because i have missed the offer?

Then click on the picture that says "Book now for weekend breaks until aug" Make sure there is a promotion code is in the search as well so you get your discount!

Or otherwise go on lastminute as that's where im going to get mine from. Or expedia apparently!

I made booking on 1st Jan for a weekend, paid and got a confirmation. I have just learnt today that they cannot honour the booking, apparently I am not the only one affected.

What a shower, never will trust the Hilton brand again.

How did you find out they can't honour your booking ??

Hi,

The hotel rang me to say there had been a "computer error" and they were overbooked for one of my nights. Said this was affecting many people.

I suspect that they had a group booking for a longer stay at a higher rate.

It was to be a birthday treat for my wife - not the same on another weekend.

Just goes to show that with Hilton, a booking confirmation isn't worth anything.

Sorry to be a pain - can I ask what dates you booked?

I haven't heard anything from them but am now worried my booking won't be honoured.
