You might want to consider the Best Western Mostyn near Marble Arch. A rather nice Boutique hotel off the end of Oxford Street. Far from cheap, but BW do have deals.Hi going to book a hotel in London for sis and OH. As they are travelling from N Ireland and would like to stay near the shops and be in the centre (they will be walking alot ) does anybody have any suggestions as where to stay/0 -

Do these discounted rooms also have late checkout till 6 pm?
You will find that Late Checkout can be a waste. Amost all hotels will hold your luggage for free (or a tip) when you give the room back at checkout. Provided you can give the room up at, say 10 or 11am, why worry?0 -

Stayed at the Hilton Canary Wharf a couple of weeks ago, nice hotel, right next to DLR stop. Jubilee line goes to O2 with lots of entertainment.0 -
Just booked Hilton Strathclyde for 3 night break over Vanlentine weekend for £58 per night. Excellent deal.:j0

I have stayed at canary wharf hilton many times and can recommend it.Canary wharf tube is 3 stops from London Bridge. Its on the jubilee line and this goes directly to the 02 one stop or to Bond Street/Marble Arch via central line without changing. Executive lounge is very good you get a wide choice of breakfast, cooked, fresh fruit, toast, pastries meat and cheese etc.You also get afternoon tea and evening drinks. Cofee and tea is available all day plus free access to the internet. KWould anyone know what exactly is included with executive lounge access at Hilton hotels. I`ve booked 2 nights in an executive room for the wife`s birthday, happens to be Easter weekend, at £70 a night . Website mentions refreshments , afternoon tea etc. but not too sure what you might have to pay for in lounge.
Thank you.0 -
