I'm selecting various dates, is coming up with special offers and that rooms are available I select one goes to the final stage, you enter personal details and then the next screen when you enter the credit card details keeps saying room ia not available! Not impressed surely it shouldnt have the rooms advertised at the first search stage?0

Hi
I've just booked in at the Birmingham NEC Hilton for April. Original price for 2 adults + 2 kids sharing room was £112, but using this deal It came down to £73. Thanks v much to person originally posting this offer.
Anyone stayed at the Birmingham NEC Hilton?
Also (as mentioned above) - can anyone become a Hilton user as, if they can, do you think it would be a good idea for me (others) to do so before checking in - in the hope that they'll give you an upgrade? Or do you have to tell them you are a user at the time of booking?
Thanks
Well i guess its worth a go but the Hilton Honours loyalty card has tiers. You go in at blue or silver i think which wont get you an upgrade then you give them lots and lots of money for overpriced business stays and they eventually give you a gold or platinum card which gets you an upgrade.
I have stayed at the Birmingham NEC hilton a few times - its nice so enjoy:o0 -
thansk, just booked friday the 20th ( half term) at bristol for a family of 4 for £38 including buffet breakfast, and the kids get the pool:)0

Thanks for the heads up on this offer! Just booked 4 days in Scotland for April time. :j 50% offer only applied for midweek stays for some Hiltons in Scotland but that suited me fine.0

Yeah I had this too a few days ago, got a good quote for nottingham hilton (£46.50 two people - double room) but when i tried to pay the error page came up, tried again & same happened. I've been on the site again tonight and there were no sale rooms left. However, I went on expedia and bagged a £50 deluxe room with breakfast - even better!:p0

Does anyone have any more information on what executive lounges actually are :S
I'm thinking about booking at the Metropole London and you can pay an extra 10pounds a night for an executive room. But are they worth it?
Thanks!0 -

Thanks very much for posting this, I tried a load of dates on Hilton site and it let me go right to the very end and then give me an error/no rooms available message. Had gave up. Just checked my first choice date on Expedia and got it no problems!0
