I did start to meal plan a while ago, & found it saved me an incredible amount of money due to me not spending as much at the Supermarket. I'm not sure why I strayed, but thanks to all the good ideas & inspiration will make an extra effort to start again.
Will do mine for the week ahead tomorrow/later.

Been so long since I've had to plan and shop totally out of ideas.
Sunday Roast chicken, veg, will bake some banana bread while oven on.(chili in slow cooker)
Monday - chicken salad sandwich, PBJ snack, chicken and tarragon sauce
Tuesday - Chicken salad sandwich. PBJ snack, Out for dinner
Wednesday - chicken and sweetcorn soup, chili con carne
Thursday - tuna bean salad, chili con carne
Friday - tuna bean salad, veg stir fryMFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

Ive just done my plan
brekkies are cereal toast or whatever, lunches tend to be last nights leftovers
Monday- Potato cheese and onion bake with beans
Tuesday Meatballs and spaghetti
Wednesday Spicy chickpeas ( maybe a pitta as well)
Thursday- Sweet potato and spinach curry
Friday- Jacket potatoes , tuna and beans
Saturday- HM Pizza and wedges salad
Sunday Roast and veg
there thats me organised for the week i hope ,
aslo gonna try and freexe some of the leftovers up for future weeks£17,000 credit card debt :mad: balances transferred to 0% and ready to start paying them off like mad
£6500 student loans
£5000 loan paid off yay:money: extra £120 a month to put on credit cards
monthly budget £600 for food, petrol , going out household/vets bills etc

Am doing mine tomorrow as I need to do an inventory of what's in the cupboards/fridge/freezer - will hopefully plan then... (fingers crossed)

Sunday - roast chicken and veg

Wednesday - Shepherds pie and veg
Thursday - Sausage, yorkshire pud and veg
Friday - Bacon, new potatoes and peas
Saturday - chineeese/curry for adults (homemade) egg & chips for kids
Breakfasts will be porridge/what's left of the boxed cereals.
Lunches - pack up. Sausage roll, sandwiches, pastries, fruit cake, buns, popcorn etc etc.Proud to be dealing with my debts :T
