Today - Roast dinner with leftover turkey, roast pots, carrots, peas & gravy
Monday - Baked Potatoes with whatever needs using up/what people fancy
Tuesday - Meatballs & Spaghetti
Wednesday - Chicken/Turkey Korma & rice
Thursday - Mystery veg soup, naan bread followed by hot pud & custard
Friday - Sausage Pasta
Saturday - Fish fingers, mash & beans
Sunday - Braising Steak, mash, veg & yorkies
Thanks for the thread it's reminded me to do the meal plan!
Breakfasts: Cereal or toast as long as you help yourself!
Lunches: HM soup, things on toast, pancakes, noodles & leftovers.0 -
Mon 29th: Chicken enchiladas, sour cream, cheese, corn cobs
Tue 30th: Creamy mushroom pasta
Wed 31st: HM pizza with smoked sausage and sweetcorn
Thu 1st (New Years special in Scotland lol!): Steak pie, roasted root veg (pots, swt pots, carrots, parsnips, turnip, onion), cabbage
Fri 2nd: Fish goujons, peas and chips
Sat 3rd: Turkey, leek and stuffing pie with roast tatties and cauli cheese
Sun 4th: Pork sausages in HM rolls with relish
Breakfast will be cereal, toast.
Lunches will be soup, breaded cheese, toasties.

Monday - Baked Potatoes with chilli from freezer
Tuesday - Cheese on toast (working late and have tons of cheese to use up)
Wednesday - At friends'
Thursday - At Mum's
Friday - Eat out as both off work- hurrah!

Won't finalize my plan until I do my monthly shop. Here's what I have so far.
Sunday-pork shoulder roast with potatoes, carrots, sprouts
Monday- Turkey & mushroom pie, peas on the side (daughter sent LO turkey)
Tuesday- sweet & sour pork extra veg added (left from Sun) rice
Wednesday-Au gratin potatoes with ham, brocolli on the side
Thursday- beef roast, mash, gravy, sprouts, green beans
Friday- Bean & lentil soup, cornbread
Saturday- liver in onion gravy, mash, peas, steamed carrotsTake the first step.

Gonna have a go at this now that I've finally listed everything...
Today - Jamie's leek and Turkey pie (with extra ham thrown in)
Monday - Lentil soup and HM bread for lunch then Mushroom risotto
Tuesday - sandwiches for lunch and then HM lasagne
Wednesday - wedges and cheese (Christmas left overs) and curry - need something substantial :rotfl:
Thursday - all in the lap of the Gods - maybe beans on toast - will need the toast to get over the hangover :eek:
Friday - omlette for lunch then cheese and bacon pasta bake
Saturday - toasties for lunch then chicken kievs (found lurking in the bottom of the freezer) with jacket potato
That should just about do it - gone through most of the month to be honest with my finds this afternoon in the storecupboard but I'll take baby-steps

Wednesday - Egg, peas and chips for kids, Curry and rice for me and DH.
NYD - sons birthday, so buffet food
Friday - Meat pie, mashed potatoes and veg

I am making a leek and turkey pie later in the week and was plannign to chuck it all in, but a recipe might be nice.

Glad to be back on normal food again!
Here's mine ....- Monday - sweet potato curry, bhajis and naan bread
- Tuesday - some kind of fish (will see what's in and reasonable at the fishmongers), charlotte potatoes(bag left over from Xmas and one veg
- Wednesday - dinner at parents in law
- Thursday - coud be in pub but if not will make leek and potato soup and dumplings
- Friday - veggie chilli
- Saturday - left over chilli/soup
- Sunday - go shopping so it'll all start again!
