  • Gonna have a go at this now that I've finally listed everything...

Today - Jamie's leek and Turkey pie (with extra ham thrown in)
Monday - Lentil soup and HM bread for lunch then Mushroom risotto
Tuesday - sandwiches for lunch and then HM lasagne
Wednesday - wedges and cheese (Christmas left overs) and curry - need something substantial :rotfl:
Thursday - all in the lap of the Gods - maybe beans on toast - will need the toast to get over the hangover
Friday - omlette for lunch then cheese and bacon pasta bake
Saturday - toasties for lunch then chicken kievs (found lurking in the bottom of the freezer) with jacket potato

That should just about do it - gone through most of the month to be honest with my finds this afternoon in the storecupboard but I'll take baby-steps
