How are some orders being despatched quicker than others?
I ordered on Dec 25 and have only just received an email to say it has been despatched.Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

Hello
Happy New Year to you all:beer: Just a quick question please as I don't know anything about 'Bootsing' (but hoping to learn):o I have placed an order a couple of days ago and just wondered if I will get my points as I can'tremember if I put my clubcard number in:eek: I would also like to ask if I want to 'learn bootsing' is there a sticky I should read. Thanks
Read (and memorise, lol) the first 2 posts of this thread, it is brilliant and is updated regularly by CPG :A
Re your points, if you log in you should be able to see your order in your history, should have all the details there. Any points earned will be awarded within 5 days of despatch of your order, to collect them onto your card (it is not automatic) you have to go in store and put you card into the big pink ac machine, where they will be added.
If you forgot , try ringing customer services, they are usually very helpful, they might add them retrospectivelyanyone else tried that?

Yay, my xmas eve order is at the spa now enjoying the party! I got the despatch email last night and just checked and it says at 10.45 today it was being 'sorted' at Droitwich. Im hoping they wont be working tomorrow for delivering as my works closed but im back in Friday (boo hiss!) Whats worse though is I dont drive and Ive got 3 deliveries coming, my sister 1 and my mum about 100! And I need to bring it all home on the bus!
On topic though, Boots manchester market st is looking very bare. Shelves of Dove wash sets, quite a bit of mens stuff but hardly any womens sets. No s&g anywhere, not even the admit it you want me sets for the offer, no sanctuary and only a couple of no7 sets. Not looking promising for the 75% off.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -

For some reason hun i thought you were referring to the Admit It sets earlier (think i got confused by all the talk of them making a reappearance:o ), in just the regular box packaging IYSWIM. The big pink box is lovely, and would have made a lovely storage box or even gift box/hamper box. I'd be annoyed because i could have made good use of that kind of box, and if you could make good use of it too then i'd give CS a call. After all if you paid for a set of products in a lovely keepsake box then you haven't actually received what you paid for. x
Happy New Year peeps, hope next year is all that you want it to be  x:starmod:C'est la vie:starmod:0 -

Just a quick question - I've sorted out my cupboard this week, and have some pretty old, unopened stuff in there.
How long do you reckon it's ok to keep unopened stuff for? 12 months? 2 years? longer.
Ta, LCxxx
If when you open it, it smells OK and it looks OK I would probably use it!0 -
Happy new year everyone. Thankyou cpg for all your hard work, i think that things might be calming down now with regards to people buying things in boots as went in today and there was still as much as yesterday, so finger crossed that there will be lots in the 75% sale.Married 09/09/090

Thanks mini - it was really the gift sets I was more concerned about. I managed to get rid of a lot this Christmas, but am worried about still having some left 18 months from now. I've got enough for all this year's birthdays, and next christmas:o:o:o but will probably have some spare if I go back to the Boots sale this year:eek::eek::eek:
I do gind it hard to resist a prettily packaged bargain.:ASave me from spending...
