Just been to the big Bond St (London) store again. They have loads of sale stuff left. Hope it goes to 75% off soon.
Many thanks to Sally06 for the tip on the Olay GWP going through free.
Happy new year everyone. I wish for you all everything you wish for yourself in 2009 xx
you're welcome hun:) I was in that store this morning. One of these days we are going to bump into each other:D We should all start wearing badges. How about one that says "boots tart" on it" ? :rotfl:
I spotted the MF GWP (black bag) this afternoon (went on a hunt for it). Scanned at 0.00 too, and no beeps, but SA wouldn't let me have it on a £5.50 spend:( (I was buying a MF nail polish). She said I had to spend £15. I was so desperate for it I went and bought a foundation. I noticed there is a new free gift WYB any MF foundation. It's a concealer pen worth £6.99, so grabbed that too. Total came to £11 odd and SA said "you still haven't spent enough" she scanned the GWP 4 times, then threw it in my bag. When I looked at my reciept it says I had 4 GWPs, but I only had one:eek:
I didn't really want to spend that much money today (I'm skint after crimbo), but I really wanted the GWP.0 -
Happy new year to everyone:beer:
Over the past few months, I have built up the biggest supply of goodies ever and it is all down to this thread, plus the great people on here too. So a massive Thank you:T :T0 -
i got some brill boots bargains today.
i didn't realise there is a new No7 voucher out so i went and did a big £40 shop on half price gifts - i was gutted when i found out about the voucher as i only got one with my £40 spend...though i did go to the kiosk and get 200 points with an 'over £30 spend' voucher before i did my big shop!
so anyway i went upstairs and bought a No7 cleanser using my voucher meant i only paid £2.37...then my daughter decided to buy some make up and she gave me another No7 voucher...then i decided that i would do a coupl more shops so i bought £5.50 on cotton wool pads and tissues and got another No7 vouvher and then finally i got another £5.oo of handwash and peronal hygeine items and got anothe one!
One thing i would point out i that some of the 250 points vouchers that came with the No7 OOTW are not valid until tomorrow as a couple of ours were refused....so now i have 3 points vouchers for 250 each and 3 No7 Fiver off vouchers which i am going to spend on Friday!
Oh yeah and the best part is i only had 1000 points when i went in boots and at the end of my shop i had 1770...so i spotted Calvin Klein's Euphoria on offer from £35 down to £17.50....and used my points to buy it...so i am well chuffed!
Hope you are all having a fab bootsing time too!Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200

This may be a dumb question, but is Boots open on New Year's Day? I probably won't leave the house, but just in case I get an urge to shop ... lol0

The big pink box is lovely, and would have made a lovely storage box or even gift box/hamper box. I'd be annoyed because i could have made good use of that kind of box, and if you could make good use of it too then i'd give CS a call. After all if you paid for a set of products in a lovely keepsake box then you haven't actually received what you paid for. x
Happy New Year peeps, hope next year is all that you want it to be  x
Yeah, thats what I was thinking....I was actually gonna get a load of S&G minis or split a load of admit it you want me sets, and make a nice pressie - keeping the contents of the pamper box myself, as I love the pillow and bits from itMay give CS a call though doubt they would do much or even be open tomorrow

Read (and memorise, lol) the first 2 posts of this thread, it is brilliant and is updated regularly by CPG :A
Re your points, if you log in you should be able to see your order in your history, should have all the details there. Any points earned will be awarded within 5 days of despatch of your order, to collect them onto your card (it is not automatic) you have to go in store and put you card into the big pink ac machine, where they will be added.
If you forgot , try ringing customer services, they are usually very helpful, they might add them retrospectivelyanyone else tried that?
Thank you very much for replying - I know that there is a lot on at the moment, and when a newbie asked a question sometimes it is all too much to explain:o Hopefully reading the the posts you mention I will get in the 'swing' of it - I am not out this evening so a nice long read for me tonight:D
Thanks again
