Thanks for your help Could try it if feel brave enough! Spent £18 on SS, but receipt does not say earn no 7 / R&M - wierd eh?!!

Spend £5 at the till, the till always used to prompt the SA to give a voucher, recently that hasn't been happening, I always have to remind the SA's in my local anyway, so it has become a habit for me now to ask for a voucher (before they slam the till shut!)

I think it might have stopped because of the double voucher things, but I do remember it worked the last time there was no.7/R&M vouchers.

You dont get instore vouchers when you order online- its a shame.Thats why sometimes you get codes instead.
I dont know if things have changed if you collect instore maybe the others could confirm,but I think its still the same policy.

I didn't get one hun, so think it is still banned :rolleyes: It was lovely when we were using both a till spit and paper voucher to get double the discount!! :j x
