Ah hun, sorry to hear that but glad you got your xmas order after all that worry:D FWIW i personally wouldn't call CS and make a fuss if the contents were ok to use, as the box would be going straight in the recycling bin anyway. But i can still see why its annoying.

I'm sorry to hear so many peeps are having delivery problems, that must be so frustrating. I have done about 12 orders for myself and family over the last 2 months, and all have been delivered on time and well packed with no damage. I may just have been lucky, but thought i should share my positive experiences with dot com as it seems to be getting a real bashing on here recently :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .

- £5.00 (new No7 voucher)
= £6.74
Then, SA willing of course, hand over 3 x 250 pointers (from the various gift sets) and get 750 points back? It DOES say on them "any product from the No7 range".

Sounds good, but you can only use 1 points voucher per transaction.

Thats awful, what delivery company are they using thats off for so long:eek: . I'm in NI as well and had a delivery just yesterday from boots. I'd be inclined to just ask for a refund, and keep the 500 points they have already given you as presumably you no longer need the item as a gift? If you still need the perfume as a gift make sure you check online to see if the set has been reduced, as a lot of them have been.

Eau de toilette is a stronger more concentrated scent and can be used on the body.

After shave, is geared up for the face/neck area. After shave is also quite a lot less expensive than the EDT.If you want to impress him go for the EDT

Rather like on the womens range Eau de Parfum is stronger (and more expensive) than Eau de toilette.
