Wooo my GWP order arrived this morning - no extras but exactly what I ordered so very pleased!!! Have taken all of the vouchers out so will go through them later and if there are any I don't want will put them up for grabs.

Like the sound of the new instore voucher £5 off R & M and No 7 - sounds good!!!!

Think someone mentioned that there is a voucher in the new H and B magazine for a half price capri-sun. I wonder if you buy it as part of the meal deal whether it might still take off half the original price of the capri-sun and as a result lower the price of the meal deal? Have also discoverd that the big bars of dairy milk and dairy milk caramel (or something like that) are part of the meal deal so was saving all mine before Christmas as little Christmas presents for people...well, when I could resist scoffing them all in one go anyway!

Inside you will find a £2 worth of points voucher, to be used when purchasing Excell 10 Creame Hair Colourant. At the mo they are reduced to £4.82 (£3 off) on-line...maybe also in store? If so, check L'Oreal shampoo bottles, they had a £1 off Excellence Creame (defo in tesco) attached to the cap (easily removed). Only prob is ...they are only valid till today, so have to be quick!!

£4.82- £1=£3.82...then £2 in points.

£1 82 for hair dye, that should have been £7.82

:mad: Well, when I said my order was fabby........that was before I checked it properly One of my S&G sets is all bashed!! contents are fine but the boxed is bashed in, luckily its only for me but unsure whether to complain to boots If it was for a present it would be totally unsuitable :rolleyes:

Hi,

I was hoping someone might have a bit of advice for me

I placed an order for some perfume as a christmas gift from boots.com on the 5th December and I still havent received it. I have rang boots about three times and apparently the delivery company couldnt find my address, yet they didnt have the brain power to ring me and ask for directions. I rang again yesterday and apparently the delivery company is off on holiday till the 5th January. which will be a month after i ordered it. So far boots have given me 10% back and 500 points. I was wondering what others think i should do, or ask for, as the service has been shocking so far.

sam-jm, sorry to hear about your delivery troubles, Boots really are shockers when it comes to delivering stuff!
How much did you spend in the first place?
10% and 500 points isn't too bad - though if they were meant as a xmas gift I would be kicking up a fuss - did you have to buy something else?
I also would be asking for any delivery charge to be refunded.
Check that your items aren't in the sale now, as if they are I would be asking them to price match.
I would maybe ask to speak to a cs manager and explain that someone was very disapointed at xmas, you ordered in plenty of time because it was so important to you. They might offer more points?
Hope you do eventually get you perfume, and it is all in one piece (someone got a smashed bottle in their delivery the other day :eek:)

So sorry did not reply last night had guests. No i didnt get any GWP!!!!!The sets I mean are the ones which were originally £15.00 and now half price, like I said plenty of stock so if anyone wants any pm me lol. Must remember GWP must remember GWP:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
