It let me through checkout (although had to put my address in for some reason whereas it used to do that automatically if logged in) - put my card details in but then it hung on the visa check screen.

Tried logging in again on a new window and items are still in my basket and nothing under order history - do I try again or will I end up with 2 orders?

Still nothing showing on my order status and no emails, would you risk and try again? I remember another Bootser says she has a duplicate order from website problems and wondered if this was the same circumstances.

Used credit card so cant see if it has gone through as it doesnt show a "pending" balance like my debit card.

My Xmas eve sale order arrived this morning, first order ive ever had arrive early!! Very impressed and nothing broken!

Had my dispatch email for my GWP order too today!

There are two types of vouchers though - one for women's No7 products and one for mens, so it's possible that some of the mens may have accidentally gone into the women's products, which could be causing some of the problems.

sorry hun, I don't know how much you have to spend:o spotted the sign about the new vouchers this morning when I popped in before work to grab a H&B mag.

BTW, the purple olay GWP scans at 0.00;)
