I don't think they'll query the origin tbh as there are usually quite a few online codes floating about at any one time so they are well used to peeps using them.
boots are the ones that send the codes out anyway so I'm sure you will be fine calling them0 -

I bought all of the S&G sets when they arrived in October and none of them had any vouchers in. Maybe yours is an early version as the later ones seem to have vouchers. went and picked up my first ever .com order today, which has arrived a day early, so excited to get my pink pamper. But like the plastic around it is completely ripped! like it wont even wrap around it as is completley shredded! Its only for me, so deosnt really mattter, but still! I dunno whether to complain. Can I do it via email? I hate talking on phone
Or can I return it to a store? and order another one?
They are out of stock, so if I were you I would phone up CS they are nice, honestly and its so much easier than taking it all back, and just tell them the condition that the package is in and that it was a present for someone you will at least get something knocked off. Though you could rescue it for yourself, its not the point, you paid for a product that you should get in first class condition not messed up. If you had wanted to give that to someone else as a present you would not have been able to do so. There have been several instances of . com delivering messed up parcels lately on this post. Things wont change if we don't complain and at the moment with everyone feeling the pinch, its about time they took more care with our orders, (ordering is hard enough on their stupid site) they need our money to survive , we should get a better service in return - Go for it :j0 -
How can you add thing to your favourites if it has already been removed from the site? I have added one or two things to fav's and then they have been removed but some of the items have still came back in stock... I would like to add more things incase they come back in stock too. But I haven't got a clue how to add them if they have been removed IYNWIM?
(I don't really wanna ring CS and ask them to add them for me - so if there's a different way to do it, I would be very grateful if someone could point it out)
I hope someone can help:D:D xXx

Trusted SA in my local branch told me that we are 10x more likely to 'win' on-line than over the phone.
Has anyone here ever won?I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0 -
