You should be ok, I've not cancelled before and was only going by other people's posts. You can return it anyhow so I think you should be fine either way!!!0 -
I tried to use my £5 No 7 voucher on a reduced eye palette - but the till beeped, voucher clearly says not in conjunction with any other offer. I'm a bit disappointed, other folk seemed to be getting them.0

Clare+3 - re the Daisy set - lydsmom put this link up last night and someone managed to save it to their favourites even though it said out of stock and they were then able to order it.
HTHJust googled Boots Marc Daisy gift set and it brought the page up, heres the link it brought up although not posted one before so fingers crossed it works.

Ok, here is a new question for everyone
Where is the cancel order button at the bottom of the page
I cannot find it and need it, any help please0 -
The s&g pink pamper set is oos on .com but if you have already purchased it or have it in your favourites it should let you order it. There are 39 showing available at the moment, I finally managed to get the 'make it big' bag this way last night that Ive been lusting after for weeks and then told my sister she could have it because I was feeling kind :A (i reeeeaaaalllyy want it though!)Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0

for people with the s&g glitch you can phone up and cancel the first order as i have just done and the second order is still coming
Just a word of warning when doing this, it does not always work. I have been told by CS an order has been cancelled in the past, only to have it turn up and be charged for it! It can be a long drawn out process to get a refund too, esp if paying by paypal.Treasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club

AFAIK...there isn't one hunnisorry...the only way to cancel is to ring cs but this can be very hit n miss as I have had orders turn up even when it says cancelled on .com and cs have said its cancelled

That's a good point and a word of warning to those ordering online -- it sounds like using Paypal can create more problems if you need a refund, and with the slapdash way Boots packages orders and the frequent mistakes Boots makes, there's a fair chance you'll want to return something! Might be best to stick to credit cards.0
