My Account with Boots shows a parcel being despatched on 29/12/08. When I track it, it shows as being sorted at Droitwich Spa on 30/12/08. Surely it should have arrived with me by now?
Does anyone else have experience of this?

I remember someone asking about S&G and if it were made by boots. Being the kind of person who must know it all! I had a nose around and found this..As I was price comparing if I bought it in the states or what might be different.

Says Kilgore, who has apparently always harbored a penchant for moisturizing the masses, "At Soap & Glory, we believe you shouldn’t have to spend an arm and a leg just to moisturize one."

S&G at home pampering kits (OOS) are available again.

p.s. BLISS products are lovely so no surprise that S&G is too!

Just spoke to CS and they have agreed to refund me for the deodorant missing a lid and the toothpaste which has an incorrect picture on dot com. I get to keep them aswell as my bonus 500 points which was the whole point of ordering these items to take it up to £50 spend. I thought this was fair so I didn't try to wrangle any extra points. My missing 2nd parcel they assure me is with the courier, I hope they are right! I was told not to worry as delivery date is 5th Jan after all!

Camberley had lots of Sanctuary gift sets, Botanics and P&P white bag ones which I am holding out for in the 75 or 90% sale! Only Glove story sets by way of S&G but the Admit it sets were there priced £4.xx or free with £12 spend. My usual little clearance corner seemed to have disappeared!

The generic error seems to have been cleared from my basket, so I've been able to get in and empty it out. Hopefully it'll stay error free from now on!

I already had the admit it you want me set in my order history cos i bought 1 ages ago.

So i just added it to my favourites and then to my basket and then thought i would mess around with quantities to see if i could buy 3 and then get a free one. (like i did instore the other day)

I put 3 in my basket and the total came to 9.xx - so thst 342
I put 6 in my basket and the total came to 14.67 - so thats BOGOF
I put 9, 12, 24 in my basket and they work out at £2.45 a set, not the £4.89 RRP.

I had to double check as the price still shows at £4.89 but the total is lower. Although you dont get any points for the order. But hey id rather sacrifice 100 points and saved £30 instead.

Ive just bought some, so all the others i bought the other day instore will be getting returned later today.

I think this is a way better offer than buying a mini especially as they are OOS and now you have to buy a £4.xx cream. So instead of the £4.xx cream you can have 2 admit it you want me sets instead. As long as you buy a quantity of 6 or more sets.

But for 6 sets you get 30 minis which works out at less than 50p a mini.

but if you order 1 mini and 3x sets you get all the sets for £4.89 makeing the order £6.xx

I wouldnt worry yet, most couriers would have been on min deliveries new years eve and would have been closed new years day and possible on shut down on the friday too. Should catch up Monday/Tuesday.

It's letting me check out all 39 pamper sets and four other items for £35.33 :rotfl:

It was letting me do that but once you click on checkout it updates the total to £389.15, it would have been an uber glitch otherwise!:p

.. just recently ive only been able to use hubbys mailings with hubbys card. when ive tried to use it with mine it bleeps or just doesnt give the points, im told it was because people were using to many vouchers not associated with there accounts ... so no i have both mine and hubbys card in my purse lol
