Thanks, I rarely get to store so an online glitch would be ace. I've added £12 of full size products plus a mini and recall I need to save the order to my favourites. Then I should be able to re-order the mini and get the gift set free - am I doing it right?

Thats if it will go through, order failed about 5 times last night - just kept hanging and the card stage.

You have to actually place the 1st order and then (only after you have paid) you get a chance to save the whole order to favourites. You dont actually have to order a mini with the 1st order as its the GWP that you are trying to get into your favourites, but you do need to order the mini on the 2nd order to get the Admit it set free.

Thank you, thought I had to have £12 of goods plus a mini to get it to work on the next order. Will give it a go. Dont mind the body wash, have lots of hand cream anyway.

Edited to add: I had a sniff of some S&G products this week, and to me they smelt really really sweet - sickly even, is this the same for all S&G products? The smell put me right off!

Way I done it was did a first order with £12+ worth of S&G and got 1 GWP . Ordered other stuff to make it up to £50 so could use 500 points code. Paid for it. Stuck it in favourites.
Then did another order with 7 mini S&G's and it only showed up 1 GWP. Manually changed that to 7 GWP and it stayed there. So paid there and then before it disappears (had to pay postage this time) . But didnt get points for 2nd order. Dunno if it will be honoured but there you go. Worth a try

Arghhh what am I doing wrong. Please help!!

I put through an order on .com for 4 minis, a grab bag and got the gwp free as it was over £12. Paid and have confirmation and saved to favourites. I have just gone to do another order and have added 1 mini (clean on me) and the gwp and its not working, still coming up at £6.85 and charging me for the gwp. What am I doing wrong? Help! xxx

because the grab bag isnt in the offer because its a gift set... if that was contributing to the £12 then it wouldnt work.. i dunno?

Just change the quantities on both in the basket and the GWP will come up free.

Maybe, my exact order was 2 mini clean on me, 1 mini hand food, 1 mini body butter, 1 grab bag and 1 full size hair supply so even if I took the grab bag off it would still be over £12. Ah well I will have a little play on .com and see what happens! Thanks x

Ah ha! So you have to order more than 1 mini as in my basket now I have 6 mini clean on me and 6 GWP and the GWP are coming up free! Yay! Thanks SOOOO much. Its not letting me thank you but I am saying thank you!! xx
