Okay, this is a wee dig but at no-one in particular so peeps please don't take it personally - I am sick of people moaning that their mailings aren't brilliant. Count yourselves lucky that you still get mailings as some of us on here haven't had so much as a double points coupon in years. CS reckon the mailings are sent out randomly yet I've noticed it's the same people who get them every time so if yours isn't very good this time as least you're getting them and you might get some fabby ones next time around.

Plus for those wanting no chat so the glitches are easier to spot - it just means Mr.B. also finds it easier to find them and takes them away!

I've not had a mailing this time either, usually get them so may get on Monday.

Those people that are cancelling their S & G orders, don't be surprised if they still turn up as i know in the past people have called up CS and still received the orders. You can return them to the stores though!

Just back from a little sesh at the Mall and thought the south western Bootsers might find this useful:

IMO, Boots at the Mall still had LOADS of Christmas stock - no S&G (obviously!) but there seemed to be plenty of loads of other stuff, and staff were busy unloading loads more. I couldn'tt get the No7 Hand and Foot set (why didn't I buy it when I saw it?!) but there was lots of other No7 stuff.. So I think it's still looking quite hopeful for the 75% off sale.

Incidentally, why do people think it's starting on the 14th this year - that's a Wednesday - last year it started on a Tuesday ( I remember, cos I went to try to get all the bargains on the Monday, when it hadn't started, LOL!) so I was assuming it would be Tues 13th this year. Any insider info greatly appreciated.

Some "Last Chance to Buy" No7 stuff, most of which I thought was overpriced (eg the former smokey eyes GWP for £9.50) but they had a previous limited edition lip and cheek crayon for £4.50, so free with voucher.

PS If anyone knows where I can get a Marc Jacobs "Daisy" giftset reduced, I'm desparately trying to get one - ta!!

Hi thanks for the warning ... on my order history on .com it says that my first order has been cancelled ... is there still a chance it might show up? I cancelled it about 10-15 mins after I had placed the order?

I suspect the boots online 75% sale will begin this wednesday- the 7th.
Partily because it starts before the shop one and also boots will be wanting to boost their online sales over the weekend .
It also started on the 9th last year which was the wednesday.
It did start in store last year on the tuesday 15th as the other op pointed out, not the 14th.
