You can get an up to date "cost of calls" since the last bill without bothering with all this online carry on!
Ring the BT "call my bill service" - it's free - 0800 854 608.
My husband told me the same thing this morning but I chose to ignore him!

Yes, I think all this (and indeed many of the other threads) serve as a learning process for a great many of us.
Today with the headache gone, I phoned BT and was re-routed through to the section that deals with on-line problems over the phone (0800 328 9642). I will in future continue to receive paper bills, plus I will be able to see up-to-date itemised.
