Labour planning secret tax on 'nice houses'

the problem with inner city comprehensives is that most of the students in them are scum, who have no intention of learning.

I have many friends who are teachers, and they tell me all the time how these little scum bags disrupt and ruin learning for everyone. but, thanks to ZanuLabour, the teachers have no ability to punish or exclude scum.

here are two examples:

one scum bag starts disrupting the class. the teacher asks them to stop. scum bag refuses. teacher asks the scum bag to leave. scum bag refuses, saying "i know my human rights innit, i have a right to an education innit" and also "you can't touch me"

therefore, scum bag just stays in the room causing trouble. the teacher has to call for the deputy head, who has to try and reasonably discuss the problem with the scumbag, who refuses to leave. Eventually the headmaster is called and eventually the scumbag leaves. The result is that the entire lesson for the rest of the class has been lost. typical of the lefties.

Another example. three kids steal wallets from the staff room. they are caught red handed. two apologise and are contrite. the other still denies any wrong doing. The school decides to suspend the two who apologised and exclude the one who didn't. This is to teach others that if you own up, its not as bad as continuing to lie.

the lefty council makes the school take the lying scumbag back.

that is the lefty for you. their aim is to make the world fair for everyone. however, they do it by dragging everyone down, rather than by helping every one up.

until bleeding heart liberals realise that there are scumbags out there who have no intention of learning, until they realise that some people are unbeliveably thick and won't ever be clever no matter how much time and money is spent on them, things will never improve in this dump of a country.

treat the decent people well, and start treating the money grabbing, lazy !!!!less scum like the scum underclass that they are. Learn that these people ARE beyond redemption and only exist because of ZanuLiebour's rafts of benefits.

So by your definition, I am scum because I claim benefits? Or am I getting that wrong?

How do people become scum, it is just the claiming of benefits or something else? If it is just the claiming of benefits, then all those people now being made redundant and claiming are, by your definition, scum.

Or are there certain kinds of scum?

As I have said countless times before to some others, please do not generalise and stereotype.

Historically some areas weren't so nice and so people who were born at the right time managed to get council houses/flats in those areas.

Roll on 20-40 years, the area has now been gentrified and your neighbours are now paying half a million pounds to live in a flat like yours.

One thing I have to repeat quite frequently on these board that council housing isn't all specially built estates. Particularly in urban areas, councils found themselves taking over any sort of housing hence some councils are now trying to sell of listed and Victorian buildings because they can't afford the up keep.

Also some residents of small housing estates try to make the area nice....I live in one such area where we all take pride in our properties and look after and out for our neighbours.

My road used to have a horrid reputation, was called one of the rough areas but we have pulled it around and have made it a nice area and a place we can be proud of.

scum is scum. you know who they are, they know who they are. I am not generalising, i am talking about scum, not people on benefits. not all benefit claimants are scum, but all scum are benefit claimants.

Why not?

You use the same amount of services. Having an expensive flat doesnt mean you have more wheelie bins or use more street lighting etc

Neither does earning more money mean that I use more central government services (quite the opposite), but I pay more money because it's an income tax, just as Council Tax is a property tax.

We could just present everyone in the country with a flat-rate bill for the just-under £10,000 per person that Government spends, all-in, but that hasn't worked very well when it's been tried in the past.
