Feeling pretty damn christmassy!
Big meetings at work today I was dreading all over and can now relax!
Decided to give up TV for a week and have been Xmas crafting.

So far - Reindeer flannels x 6 and scented candles in cups x5 made. Chutney & Jam done in Sept and sloe gin & Vodka ready two weeks. Loads left to do - peg bags, hampers, sock monkeys etc, Two gallons of home brew cider on too- hopefully ready for Xmas to `mull` at parents house. yum

can anyone help me please i ordered some biscuit soaps custard creams an the like last year and cant find them now they were from ebay
and i can find them at all i only need 1 ...thanks x

I am making snowman soups for people from work and have just spent ages putting the first cone together with the hot chocolate in; I also have marshmallows (I bought them and the hot choc from verde coffee, was really impressed, and I got some monin gingerbread syrup that is delish!) ready to go in and some ribbon but I need some chocolate chips and candy canes. I had a look in B+M near me but didn't find any, do any of the supermarkets have them at a reasonable price?

I saw packs of candy canes in BHS the other day - I think they were £1 for 20??

I saw a box of candy canes in Wilkos on monday for 79p, also got some lovely wrapping paper, was 60p for 5m or two for a pound, really nice stuff.
There are some great ideas on here I must start preparing for Christmas earlier next year, like erm January 2010 !!

hi crafty people,
hope your all getting on well with crafts. I'm doing well - very proud of myself. got hampers to finish off, but they will be done the week before xmas, cos ive got shortbread, cheese biscuits and fudge to put in them, so want them to be as fresh as possible. Got a few mini window sucker sock monkeys to finish, and i'm going to do some fancy pegs for my ladies presents - i saw them on here someplace - going to attach magnets to the back so people can use them as note holders for their fridge. phew!!

anyway, i was finishing off my kids sweets jars at the weekend (will post some pics later), but i needed some marshmallows for one of them. i had spotted Christmas shaped marshmallows in tesco one day, but now i need them, theyre completely gone!! have checked sainsbury and Asda, and also Aldi because i heard they had some but no luck

Just wondering if anyone else had seen Christmas shaped marshmallows recently - will be hitting the high street but if anyone has seen any in wilkos, bhs, poundshop, that would be great - can you let me know?
