A big thank you to all those who post on the forum and make it a worthwhile place!!!:j0 -
:O) I bought some bits to make presents up with today so I am feeling slightly more organised!
Got one of those compartment boxes with just for girls on, going to fill with pink sweets, bought a lovely photo album that says memories on the front and is all flowery and purple, and bought a bag of shrimps and nanas for the pink sweets. All from the £1 shop so I am happy :O)*~* My life is a little mystery that I am still trying to solve*~*0 -

My local charity shop sells old records for 20p each so maybe worth looking around? I really want to make one but honestly can't think what I'd use it for or who I'd give it to as a present
Doh! Would you believe I looked back as well! Sometimes I don't see things for looking! I think they are brilliant - wouldn't mind one myself - was just saying today to OH I needed to make a key bowl. At the mo we chuck them all in a flask cup. Not very pretty:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin0 -

Thanks Butterfly, thought I'd start on an easy project to get the creative juices flowing and boy was it simple :j
The following are the potential ideas for them so far;- We've got quite a few friends who are mad crazy on music so I thought it could be a music themed hamper with some music trivia cards and I've also fallen in love with these guitar ice cube makers http://www.giftideas.co.uk/gifts/cool-jazz-guitar-ice-cubes.html
- Then the other half thinks plant pots are the way forward, I saw it mentioned to drill a few additional holes if you were going to do that
- Then my mum who loves all things creative suggested if we could get the bends to be more creased and flower like it could be a pen/ stationary holder
- Also my mum thought they'd make brill clocks as they've already got the hole for the fixture to go through which she has been and bought already in her excitment
- My mum has a love heart shaped bowl so I may try making a more heart shaped one next as I love all things heart related
