Apparently it's based on the caveman diet.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

I'm in for SW in the new year too, I've got 2 stone of baby weight to shift and that's being kind. I hate being fat it's making me miserable
I've not done SW before, I was kind of tempted to really go for it and go on the cambridge diet but I hate milkshakes so I doubt I'd have much luck with that.
Why oh why can't someone invent a magic size 8 pill?
They have - just the side effects are rather unfortunate...i.e. you end up dying...
Your bright side, is that if you practice you'll burn up a lot of calories, rather easier than us with sedentary jobs."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Utter duvet day for me and the Bunnykins-we have never even got out pj's today!
(and when I say 'duvet day' I still did 3 loads of laundry, cooked 2 meals and cleaned the kitchen, hoovered, put away kids xmas gifts and tidied) but DID have a nap, which was lush-DS joined me-he's such a snugglebunny-it was great.
Hey, just a thought, we can kill a few birds (eek) with one stone if we have another mini-meet chez Bunny-Snags and kids, Sar, Sammy etc? We can set the worlds to right and quaff a few Woowoos! (and Pepe, we'll meet up for a drink with you as well)
Anyone else is more than welcome! BB, Sally, etc etc etc etc
(I'll get Snags to bring the camper van and we can leave kids in there, lol)
Would love to come Bun, depends when though as have to work, go and see inlaws and its my birthday too. Let me know though what day you decide

Bunnyinthelights wrote: »I know Spud-but what I was thinking of doing it getting the new atkins diet book (where you can eat more things) and giving it a go AGAIN. I just want a boost! argh.
And I've not even eaten nearly as much as I normally do on Xmas.
I found Atkins really difficult to follow. SW was so easy, and I lost loads in the first few weeks, so got a great boost that way.
I just told DH that I was looking to start SW again, and straight away he said he wanted to do it with me. We did it together last time, and it was great to support each other :TIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I love doing atkins - dead easy!
Quite expensive though due to lots of meat, cheese and fish, and no ability to fill up on cheap pasta and potatoes!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
