    good job I didn't take Charlie to Baiter - that leads onto the Quay - he'd eventually think I was stalking him! (I've added him as a friend on FB - hope that is ok - so maybe I AM stalking him!)

    I'm in for SW in the new year too, I've got 2 stone of baby weight to shift and that's being kind. I hate being fat it's making me miserable :(

    I've not done SW before, I was kind of tempted to really go for it and go on the cambridge diet but I hate milkshakes so I doubt I'd have much luck with that.

    Why oh why can't someone invent a magic size 8 pill?

    Evening all - how lazy am I - Im waiting for my Dad to bring me up a plate of leftovers from his house for my tea so I dont have to cook - he he!

    Ive had 2 days off SW got to get back on it tomorrow as its weigh in number 8 on Tuesday - eek!

    Anyone doing anything wildly exciting tonight - Im going to attempt some housework - I know how to have fun! x x

    I know Spud-but what I was thinking of doing it getting the new atkins diet book (where you can eat more things) and giving it a go AGAIN. I just want a boost! argh.

    And I've not even eaten nearly as much as I normally do on Xmas.
