BB, I'm glad yyou seem to understand the new SW secret plan. I sent DH to get me the magazine, but I really dont understand it. Unless I follow the 7 day menu for the next 2 years :rotfl: :rotfl:

  • I've scouted around the various threads spud and different forums and picking inbetween the deleted posts, it seems to be as I've described it. I'm not sure how it can work, but they've been trialling it and it seems to.

The one in the magazine just says 'eat this and lose weight' but doesn't say why, apparently they are hoping for a big 'ta-daaaaaaaaaaaaaaa' in Jan but it all seems to be leaking out and SW are just doing the heavy handed thing (like openly posting passwords) on forums.

  • It's a bit sad really as it's one things I love-turkey stuffing and cranberry sarnies, bubble and squeak etc.

We had chips and chicken nuggets for tea.

Apparently, they're handing full details of the new plan out to group members in January, but I dont go to a group :p

I think I'll just stick to the old way, I managed really well on that last year ;)

  • I don't go either spud, but once it's been given to members - on paper I suppose - someone will post it on the big SW thread on MSE. Seems mad really as consultants have verbally explained it to members!

Until then, it's eat and drink all I can before I make myself ill between now and New Year's Day! :rotfl: Luckily, I didn't get any sweets for Christmas, there is a Christmas pud and custard to eat, a HUGE cheesecake from Abel and Cole and some clotted cream in the fridge. I even deliberately bought dark chocolates for OH as I can't stand dark chocolate. Peh!

blimey, it was bitter in Poole Park. I'm guessing Snags, your bloke wasn't down there today - it was pitch black and like a ghost town!
No today he was at Hengistbury Head and then Poole quay (I think, if I remember rightly). He's going home tomorrow though so you'll have to wait till next time to met him hehehe! :D

Monday would be better for me Bunny but I would try to do either. The only problem with Tuesday is that I would have to be off at the crack of dawn as D is coming up first thing Wednesday morning. Or *possibly* Tuesday night, but if that's when your party is, I'll tell him to either a) come and join me (lol!!) or b) wait till Wednesday morning to drive up and I'll race him up the motorway.
