Yes merc E300 is fine, but I still wouldnt recomend it in the cold weather. Unless you keep it in a warm garage and only do short trips.
But the best overall is a 10yr old transit, but still dont get the tank cold in the winter.
I heard Scoda is also very good for running on veg.0 -
do some reasearch many cars can run on veg oil straight or diluted
There are literally 1000's of sites telling you about it and what to look out for etc
PLEASE remember that bio diesel and veggie oil are different things, cant point this out enough!0 -

The only way to run on veg in this cold weather is to have 2 fuel tanks. You start off running on deisel then when the engine is warm you can swithc over to veg.0 -

then when it gets warmer 100& veg oil.
My mate runs his old D Corsa on veg oil all through the winter 100%.
He only paid 200 quid for it anyway, so he just risks it.
He like me get it from the chippy for free as much as you want.
He doesnt even filter it as well as I do, but he is still running and doing very high millage.0 -
Is there any new desiel cars on the market that will run on veg oil?
Even 50/50 mix or something?0
