Forensics April 30th - Done the first three chapters of reading and the first question of the assignment

Environmental Science assignment 2 - 9th April - Barely started reading, must get my act together!
    Environmental Science assignment 3 - ??
    Environmental Science assignment 4 - ??
    Environmental Science assignment 5 - ??
    Environmental Science assignment 6 - ??

Complete my Divemaster paperwork and get the qualification - erm yup one day (so far I've put it off for almost 6 years). Still not touched this, but have my annual medical booked for mid April.

Financially I still have to pay the balance of my Red Sea trip so need pay another £900 ish (thanks to flight supplements and XL going bust). No progress

Not really a target for the next 4 months but to make full use of my ISA allowance in the next financial year, this years attempts have been somewhat pathetic thanks to changing my job to a much lower paid one (the work/fun balance is shockingly weighted to having fun while working though!). Achieved nothing, but need new tyres on the car and the tax is due shortly, so MS profits are saving for these.

And I suppose to enable me to make use of the ISA I should add find a second job, looking for a couple of nights a week bar work or something I can do during the day around my current job (so Monday and Wednesday daytimes). Still no second job for me.

    :hello: Hey all,

My main challenge is going surprisingly well. My savings are now nearing the £1k mark. This may not be much for some, but it's massive for me. I'm usually unable to save a penny.

Hope everyone else is doing well and keeping positive.

    Looking forward to the future.

Bit of a hint there :D Where is everyone?

I'm doing well with my main challenge. I've managed to save over £1k so far, so I'm well on target with my target of £1350 by the end of the year.

I've also got back to the Bview reviews at last - I've done 15 in the last 2 days.

I'm still looking for work and I think I'm going to make this one of my main focusses in April.

    Looking forward to the future.

  • * Paint kitchen units Done but they don't look any better :o
    * Paint stairs Half done... turned into a bit of a disaster, so will try again during the week
    * Paint woodwork in bathroom Gave up on after aforementioned stairs disaster! Again, will do during the week!
    * Start running (have been saying this for ages, but have actually got some trousers to run in now!) No :o Have started doing Wii Fit and sit ups though, its been so long since I've exerised that I will build myself up to it (how much of an excuse does that sound!?!)
    * Start meal planning every week (my freezer is full yet I'm still buying loads when shopping!) Done, and spent much less this week! There's enough meat in the freezer for a good couple of weeks worth of food!
    * Find some more bits to eBay Got a few bits, and will do some listing this evening
    * Daily Scratchies Done, had a 50p during the week, otherwise 10ps and 20ps most of the time... OH got £1, but he gets nowhere near as excited about doing them as I do!
    * Meet NSD target Achieved yesterday, so will try to get a couple more in before Wednesday
    * Maintain PAD's Still going strong, even if its only a couple of quid towards the end of the month.... PAD'd over £1500 now! Imagine what I could do with that if I weren't in debt

So not 100% completed, but much better than I did last month! Will have a think about what I am going to do for April....

Sorry I'm a bit late with my updates this month! Here's the final for March

1 - Lose 7lbs by the end of March (bringing total weight loss since Nov 08 to 45lbs) Lost a grand total of 1lb in March - maintained for 3 weeks running - not good but have had a better start to April!

2 - Pay 500.00 off debts by the 31st of March - Paid off 875.00 in March - so yeay completed it!

3 - Complete 2 assignments due this month on time.- both submitted on time so another completed

4 - Get up to date on all notes - not quite up to date so only half completed

5 - Deep clean and declutter living room, hall and kitchen. living room and hall decluttered, not kitchen though!

All in all not too bad I suppose but will do better for April especially on the weight loss!! x x x
