I will start off by saying that by the end of January I will:
- reach £50 payout on dooyoo
- be at the bottom of the ironing pile
- be able to eat at the dining table in a chaos free manner
- go running at least 3 times each week
- have a perfectly tidy bedroom
- have paid £2000 off my debt
OK, I am not doing too well........
I HAVE reached my £50 payout on dooyoo
I have been running twice a week but have been held back though the biggest blisters in history on my feet. My milage is quite good though, so I still count that as being "on track" for the purpose of all challenges.
And I am failing with everything else, although I am shortly going to put the ironing board up :eek:Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Hello everyone,
Hope you're having a good Sunday.
Thought I'd drop by with a little update - not that there has been much change.
1) Stop taking money out of savings account - ongoing.
2) Triple the amount in my savings by the end of 2009 - I'm doing quite well. If I keep it up throughout the year I will more than meet my target :j
3) Bank my cheque for £175 and put it all into my savings.
4) Get some money bags from the bank, sort out all of my loose coppers and put them in the savings account too - Take loose change to the bank on Tuesday (at the latest).
5) Get a better job I love (and hopefully pays lots) as soon as possible - I've applied for another six jobs today.
6) Stick to a weekly budget - I'm going to try to manage my budget a little better this week i.e. (like my relatives used to say when they gave me pocket money) not spend it all at once.
7) Money left over from weekly spend to go into a sealed pot of it’s own. Once the year is up - of the pot gets too full - it will be added to savings - ongoing.
8) Write two reviews for Bview a day - on hold (till I am sure I'll get paid).
I'm now going to have a cup of tea and a biccy and watch Come Dine With Me for some tea time inspiration.
xLooking forward to the future.0
