Wow Sarah, that's another mega-list. You'll probably do it all as well, which is even better!

Ok, taking a leaf out of your book, in the next 45 minutes until my OH comes home I will:

Empty drier and airer and hang washing
    Put another load on
    Empty dishwasher and refill
Take bag of clothes from week away upstairs and unpack
Tidy away the worst of the mess on the study desk - can't see a single bit of workspace for junk/wrapping materials/junk/post/more junk/Ebay stuff/junk/random bits of paper/utter crap.
Move Christmas boxes to the hallway to go up for the loft
    Put my phone on charge
Quick tidy of toys in lounge
    Clear junk off kitchen worktop

    Time starts now!
  • Is a little quiet Babs.... don't know about everyone else but its been a mad at work the last few days.... and I must confess to doing nothing at all but eat and chill on Sunday :o

The list for tonight is as follows:

Cook dinner, with enough for OH tonight and my lunch tomorrow
    Drink some fizzy stuff :o
Load of washing then into dryer for overnight drying
    Empty nappy bin
    Empty recycle bin
    Empty bathroom bin
    Put laundry into nursery
    Hoover living room carpet
Watch new season 24 (ok I know I know, but I love this show!)
'Replenish' DS's bag for nursery tomorrow
Sort out OH with a Snowball (and not the drink either!)

And for the next few days.....

    Christmas stuff into the loft
Clip the dogs claw (he hates that so that will be a military operation with OH!)
    Paint woodwork in bathroom
    Fix bathroom extractor fan
    Put laundry away
    De-clutter cupboard under stairs
    Take all rubbish to dump
    Bottles to recycle bank
Post eBay packages (the ones that sell anyway!)
Sort cds for listing on Amazon then put the rest on MusicMagpie

Think thats it for now.... I'm sure I'll think of something though!
Thanks Panda, I hope to get most of it done tonight. OH has gone out and will be home in the next hour or so, so I need to get most of that done before he gets it... he'll only make a mess again!!!:rotfl:

Only two not done for tonight... the laundry is folded but still on my sofa downstairs... the house will be empty tomorrow except for OH, and he'll be asleep! I'll put it all away tomorrow night. Hoovering didn't get done, I went into the nursery and DS had thrown his book behind the door, so I woke him up... meaning he wasn't in a deep enough sleep when I came to hoover, and woke him up! Doh!

Low and behold, I have thought of some more stuff to do over the next few days too.....

*Put valance sheet back on single bed in nursery - took it off to wash about 3 weeks ago and haven't bothered to put it back on yet!
    *Put new pillows onto bed
*Wash old pillows then turn them into a couple of draught excluders
*De-clutter shelves in corner - currently covered in all kinds of junk!
*Look on Argos for stuff including hedge trimmer, dog lead and some other bits - still got £50 to spend!

Thats all for tonight.... gotta get up in 6 hrs so need some sleep!

    Sx

So mostly achieved. Today we spent 2 hours fitting a new toilet seat (it was far more complicated that it really should have been!) and the rest of the day and evening tidying DS's bedroom. Have had a great sort out and done loads of jobs in there that we've been putting off for months, so I'm happy. Now baby DS is screaming though, so I'm not going to get anything else done tonight.
  • Nothing done from my list.... ebay packages to be sorted tonight for postage on Thursday..... along with tackling the rest of the list!

  • Ok, in a moment of slight madness, I decided to do the hoovering (thank goodness my neighbour is hard of hearing!) and put the laundry away!
The only problem is that I ihave just proven to myself that stuff gets done much quicker if I turn the laptop of and actually do something!!!
