The links are all in the sticky on page one under the thread help for first time posters and SOA calculator. Have a play they are good fun and rather adictive. Sadly I also do my own sad primative spreadsheet:rolleyes: Good luck with the NSD's
Nats I bet you're bleedin skinny, I love dumplings and bread pastry carbs of any kind:drool: However these are all eaten at the table otherwise sister Lewbs would tell me off:DLBM- finally kicked in 16/12/08 @ [strike]£41,862 [/strike] £0.00/ DFD- 24/12/13

SKINNY? ME? YEAH RIGHT! :rotfl:
Unfortunately pastry is about the only thing I don't like.... even to the point of only eating the filling out of pies and quiches (quiches are not really a fave anyway!) and tarts and flans etc. There are only a few exceptions...... profiteroles (too yummy not to eat!) and flaky pasty on the top of pies (yep, I'll leave the sides and the base!) and sausage rolls.
Unfortuntely I consume more each day than I burn off - the joy of sitting on my a*se all day at work!! :rolleyes:start = Wed 19th Nov 2008 £21,225

Oh yes :j I have updated my snowball :happyhear  _party_
One more payment to make next Friday then I can update my signature, you are going to be so darn proud of me:rolleyes:
Nats I sit all day too. I get up walk ten paces to my car drive to work at the business park, park in my allocated spot three steps from the door then sit on my chair all day with my backside hanging over the edge of the chair and almost getting caught under the wheels when I push myself round the office:rolleyes2 Then last year I bought a pedometer and started to attempt 10k steps a day- it's not easy but I force myself out of my seat and walk my lunch hour at least 3/4 times a week usually about 6500 steps. Over the last year I've lost about 18lbs just walking and I do feel better for it. It is a tad obsessive though, yesterday I did 7k at lunchtime had my stew in the slowcooker, when I arrived home at 5.30 I peeled spuds for mash and quickly went out and clocked up the other 3k:shocked:
Hoping for a no spend today:DLBM- finally kicked in 16/12/08 @ [strike]£41,862 [/strike] £0.00/ DFD- 24/12/13

Hi OBNW!!!
I would love to go walking - but with only half hour for lunch (and usually with a list of things to do) and it being dark when I get home I don't get much chance! (excuses, excuses I know!)
Once the weather gets better I will be out on my bike and back to playing tennis!
Are you waiting patiently for Friday to update your signature? I got this weeks payslip in the post yesterday, so I know what I've got coming in on Friday. Had a little bit of a budget blip this week - so will need to wait til Thursday night to assess the situation and then update as well! ROLL ON FRIDAY!!!start = Wed 19th Nov 2008 £21,225

Hi OBNW. I've been away for a few days and so much happens on here it's amazing!! So impressed with your walking .... I must get out there.
Your dilema over tickets is like mine with the milkshake .... you have to support the kids - it's our job! Did you see the programme last night about people going bankrupt? The worst bit for me was seeing how affected the kids were by it all. We have managed to minimise the impact of our debt on the kids. They know that we are on a budget but not that we owe so much - I don't believe it's their's to worry about. I could see last night how kids do become affected though when families lose their homes. Feel relieved that we can service our debts and still live.
It's true you know that cakes, pastries and puddings don't count if you sit to the table
Roll on Friday!
