Blimey this is one neglected thread, but I'm going to stop being indispensable at work and resume skiving and updating this.
OK catch up- Work busy

Mr OBNW being made redundant in Sept (I'll never be able to leave him now!)
Really trying to stick to a diet so I look better in neoprene, had funky short hair cut.
Sad to say my debt total is still the same as when I last updated it.
Middle baby going to University this year wonder if we will get the fees paid now as our income will be grim:o
Need to cancel my o2 contract and sky

All is not lost - debt total may be the same (which is not what you were aiming for!!) but there is a HUGE amount to be said for it not being any more!!

OK I'm a bit late but it has been a tad hectic, Mr OBNW has his last day at work tomorrow:eek: So I have been going mad with price comparison sites, remortgaging etc etc etc.
Now I think we are as ready as we can be but then his stooopid firm paid him this month (payday is on the 6th) but only until the 15th (tomorrow) and then took out the £700 still owing on his season ticket loan.
He is being paid in lieu of notice but they are lumping that with his redundancy package (such as it is) and his tiddy bonus for going like a good boy on the 6th October- this was not clear and I had not planned for a month like this :mad:
Anyway how much worse can it get
Apart from that life's a blast and you know what this has been hanging over us for so long it's actually a relief that it is here.
So my meanness will have to step up an octave:rolleyes: and I'll have a strange Christmas this year.... but did I tell you I am going to Gozo in October for a few dives.... I know I know but XL actually paid up for last years flights and well why not eh!!!!!
Will I ever learn?:o
Anyway I hope your lives are all full of gorgeousness and sorry to be so tardy.

Well what I have done Nats if extend the term of my mortgage so I can just about manage it without input from OH, and I am hoping to make a huge dent in the debt total next month with promised redundancy etc.
All quite uncertain at the moment but I'll keep you informed :rolleyes:
