My wife presented me with one of those 'pedometers' that she got from the hospital - I wore it for a day and, with work, covered 12,000 steps. Only problem I have is that I don't know how to re-set it to zero. :rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. My week at my dads - I was walking the dogs with him every day and lost more weight than being here - I was having a few beers each night and eating well too... so it proves exercise does work!!
