Every castle needs a moat, if he had this they'd never consider an invasion0

There are exclusions but can't see why this one would be excluded
And it can take 2 months before the sale details appear on third party websites.
That data would though appear as part of our own data much sooner and of course the registered title would confirm if it had been sold before the details appeared elsewhere.
Identifying the correct address can be crucial to confirming those details though although the online service does use aerial imagery as well if there are issues around which postal address applies.
The other thing to consider of course is that if we are referring to a recent sale then it could also be the case that the new owner has yet to apply to register their purchase.“Official Company Representative

A farmer who built a mock-Tudor castle without planning permission may be found in contempt of court after failing to knock it down.
Robert Fidler built the home at Honeycrock Farm, in Salfords, Surrey, in 2002 and kept it hidden behind hay bales for four years.
He was told to knock it down by 26 June after losing a High Court appeal.
Reigate and Banstead Borough Council said it has lodged a claim for contempt of court proceedings.
A hearing will take place at the High Court on 22 October.

I think there will always be another appeal, another court case or something.
There will always be someone saying this is it, but it will still be there confirming Mr Fidler has in fact won.
It will be the same story next year and the year after. Who wants to take my bet?The thing about chaos is, it's fair.0

Time is finally up for Mr Fiddler and good job too. If they had let his house stay it would open the floodgates for everyone to do the same.0

Ironically, this year the government have been making it easier for redundant farm buildings to be turned into homes, although local authorities have often done their best to misinterpret the amended guidelines.
