    In USA they load houses onto a truck and move it with them. That might be from more wooden houses there

    This is exactly right. The exact same things being said were said every year for several years now.

    In a few more years the same things will be being said "this really is it, this time he will have to take it Down. He has exhorted all possibilities"

    The difference is Fidler has said it. You wilfully ignore that fact amid all the other facts you ignore about the inspection and appeal process.
