I used to work in marks as a temp.
It doesn't matter if the customer is in the wrong because they are always right. You had to be polite at all times and marks respects every customer.

If you don't like working with the public then find another job.

between myself and my family we probably spend more than i earn anyway so we are paying my wages aswell. i will do a deal, take the money we spend as wages and you can spend your elsewhere xx

Yes, til the 13th, enter DELTREAT at checkout for free delivery. There is a thread in the vouchers board about other codes; you can use the free delivery in conjunction with the £5 off £50 one they've found and posted on there.
