M&S Sale

I still haven't received a coat I bought online in the one day sale on 4th December! despite numerous emails, M&S keep telling me to wait just a few more days

I placed my orders into two and checking my account they split one of the orders into two deliveries but last night 2 emails came to say they had been despatched and another email came this morning to say the last bit had been sent out. I order all the time in the sales and offers and have received everything I have ordered for a long time now.

So I am well pleased with the service from M&S although, I do order early and do split my orders up. This time it was harder, as the free delivery was £150 that is why I only did 2 orders.

Good luck to everyone else in getting their whole order.

Well, as I predicted, the bargain topiary trees have been cancelled - but rest seems to be on its way, hope it arrives when the OH is at work :eek: :eek:

I was kicking myself about those topiary trees! I have to say I do feel better that is was now probably a pricing mistake:p ....but it's unfortunate for you!

Am quite impressed- items I searched for to buy on the net were not in the sale (I was waiting for a yellow cashmere scarf at £59, Limited Collection Leather gloves £25, and some underware) I went into the stores today and found all of it reduced- all be it none in my size (besides the scarf) so to those hanging on via the net, there are one or two differences with the internet and store prices. Not sure why, perhaps a technical error on their side?

Oh no, M&S have started cancelling my online order! 3 emails I got today saying that things are no longer in stock, arghhhh, so annoying!

I got an email saying everything except two items has now been despatched . I selected "nominated day delivery" as 5th January as this was the first date available. I hope I don't have to wait that long and they deliver sooner!

I placed one large order on Xmas Eve. Had an email to say that one item won't be delivered but everything else is still awaiting dispatch, although the estimated delivery date is still 30th Dec.

Got an uneasy feeling. Been disappointed so many times with M&S online sales by not getting items I ordered.
