Press refresh a few times, I keep getting random stock each time. Sometimes it's in stock, sometimes it is preorder, sometimes it is out of stock and sometimes there is no price displayed!

Just notice that some items have disappeared from my order that I placed last night! For example, a dressing gown no longer appears in my order when I view it on their site. I checked the email that I got confirming my order, and it's definitely on there. The order total has been reduced too!

Fortunately, my husband had bought me the very same dressing gown for Christmas - but he had paid full price for it!

I hope this doesn't happen with my other items.

I did my sales order last night but several items disappeared from basket before I checked out. I also got charged delivery despite using a freedelv code :mad:

My order now has been split into two deliveries with only one item in the second one. I am guessing based on last years fiasco that one of those deliveries will not be coming my way

Same here, order split into two deliveries and and only 3 items saying to be dispatched soon, I do have a full price item in the other delivery though, which says its in stock so perhaps some of that delivery will still come.

M&S terms on online sales mentions that....

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available by emailing you.

Acceptance of order: Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered. For Food to Order, orders are accepted when we pass your details to our suppliers.

So anything can happen until M&S sends out goods (or not as the case may be).

Fingers crossed that all the shopping arrives.

Only other point is the website tells you how to fill your 'basket' but makes no mention of M&S emptying them as you wander around the site. Would be helpful if M&S posted a FAQ on this. Not come across it before and another of my friends thought the site wasn't working properly.

Does anyone know if the M&S sale instore starts the 26th or the 27th? Get them confused with John Lewis- not sure if they are both on the 27th or just M&S.

M&S starts on Saturday.
